  • Hi guys! It's Lucas again. I have listened to your review of THE ATOMIC JOB for the third time, and as much as Page's theory continues to make me laugh my ass off, it got me thinking. I'm an old school fan of S.H.I.E.L.D. from way back, and one of my favorite concepts from S.H.I.E.L.D. is the Life Model Decoy, an android created to act as a double for agents and as decoys to be killed instead of the agent they are substituting for. Therefore, I have an addendum theory: What if the Peggy Carter we have been seeing in AGENT CARTER on ABC a first generation Life Model Decoy whilethe real Peggy Carter is operating in secret with Howard Stark and Colonel Chester Philips to setup S.H.I.E.L.D. so that it's ready for activation once the SSR is decommissioned? This would explain the apparent discrepancies between the AGENT CARTER One-Shot and the television series. Because you all are correct in your issues with how Peggy recovered from her injuries in this episode. I know that my tacked on theory is crazy, however, this show allows for such head canon theorizing. Thanks for a great review episode! I can't wait to listen to your Field Reports for episodes 4 and 5. You all have a great Valentine's Day weekend! Take care.
